四人份量 Serve4
粟米粒 200g Corn Kernels
磨菇 12pcs Mushroom
淡忌廉(鮮奶油) 200ml Whipping Cream
清雞湯 500ml Chicken Broth
水 600ml Water
無鹽牛油 80g Unsalted Butter
麵粉 65g Flour
糖 2tsp Sugar
鹽 1/2tsp Salt
1.把蘑菇去蒂切粒,加入油,把蘑菇炒熟,加入粟米粒和清雞湯,再加水,以慢火煮10分鐘,盛起
2.把牛油溶化,加入麵粉,攪拌,分兩次加入湯,攪拌均勻後加入糖和鹽,再加入忌廉攪拌,完成
